Denn Nutzer*innen der App können zukünftig auch individuelle Profile hinterlegen und Fotos einbinden, sich mit Hilfe einer Chat-Funktion austauschen und Dokumente einsehen. Weiter können komplexere Arbeitsprozesse aus der App heraus gestartet und bearbeitet werden: Anstelle umfangreicher Formulare bedarf es nur noch ein paar Fingerübungen, um Adresse, Ehestand oder Krankenkasse zu ändern. Die AWO-App ist damit ein Unternehmensportal für alle, die mobil sind.
