Book a medical consultation directly with one of our 90 doctors without calling in advance – 24 hours a day, from wherever you are. Benefit from our 18 years of experience in telemedicine.

Here’s how it works:
1. Enter your medical concern
2. Choose and book the time when the doctor should call you
3. Consultation by video or phone
4. Receive a prescription or doctor’s certificate from the doctor if needed
5. View summary of the doctor’s recommendation on the App
6. For people insured with Telmed: add or update a referral directly online

Functions of the Sanitas Medgate App

The Sanitas Medgate App has many advantages for people insured with the Telmed model.

Security
