How to install Hablax Mobile Recharges?

Click on the saved APK file Hablax Mobile Recharges.Since Android does not allow the installation of APKs from Unknown Sources, please do the following:
-> Open the file Hablax Mobile Recharges .apk, there will be a message like this one:

How to install OBB file?
