HexLauncher is a free, open-source, minimalist launcher that I designed to make my phone less distracting, but more useful. It does not feature a traditional app drawer, folders, or icon badges. It forces you to be intentional, but helps you find what you're looking for.

It uses three new ideas that I'm experimenting with: bottom-first design, hexagon-ally grouped icons, and a QWERTY-aware search-function. Combined, these allow much smoother search-first interactions.

I made this launcher for myself, and am releasing it in case anyone else finds it to be useful.
