The Vivira App ("App") offers therapeutic training at home for acute or chronic back, knee, and hip pain. It addresses users with non-specific back, knee, and hip pain as well as osteoarthritis in the knee, hip, and spine.

The App offers exercises with the aim of reducing pain, which adapt to the user's feedback. In addition, the App allows monitoring of exercise activity and disease progression, testing of movement ability, and also offers educational content on musculoskeletal health.

The App is based on movement therapy according to a functional training principle.

The App can be used to bridge the waiting time before starting physiotherapy, during physiotherapy, to continue treatment after physiotherapy has ended or in preparation for surgery.
