Through the SystmOne eObs app you are able to record a patient's observations, view the history of a patient's observations, and amend a patient's scheduled observations. If you are unable to use any of these features it will be because your organisation has not yet made them available to you.

The demographics box has been streamlined on several screens. By default the demographics box will display the patient's Name and NHS Number/Hospital Number and can be expanded to show full demographic details.
