How to install Touch Screen and Video lock (one touch disable)?

Click on the saved APK file Touch Screen and Video lock (one touch disable).Since Android does not allow the installation of APKs from Unknown Sources, please do the following:
-> Open the file Touch Screen and Video lock (one touch disable) .apk, there will be a message like this one:
